DIY Crafts: Recycling Tissue Paper into Art

If you’re finding yourself with tons of extra tissue paper, instead of recycling it, or holding onto it when you know you won’t need it again, make a DIY project out of it. These projects usually don’t require too much more than the tissue paper itself, and you don’t need a lot of time (or money!) to make it happen.
A Wreath for Every Season:
Make a wreath out of all the extra tissue sheets you have left! It’s a simple and easy project that will look great on any door during any season or occasion. What do you need?
